Snapshot: Couronne


A speciality of Lyon apparently.

Made using the Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day method. I prefer kneading to be honest but it is fun to pull dough out of the fridge and have it ready to go in the oven within an hour.

    Unfortunately this fridge is too small for our current dough box. For the record, that box is 30cm x 30cm x 13 cm high.
